Generate offline SWaP activation codes for control unit 13 from VIN / VCRN and hardware model (server-side key, free)

1. Flash the "X" firmware first (keep the static component-protection fault before flashing).
2. After flashing, remove component protection at the KS master station.
3. Pick the correct FEC from the list, fill in VIN / VCRN, select the .key private key and generate the offline SWaP.
4. Load the generated SWaP into control unit 13.
5. After activation, refresh to the latest firmware index, write the correct parameters, then perform coding.
🔒 The private key is embedded server-side (no client upload); signing is done in memory via RIPEMD160 and never persisted to disk.
